[NLRS] Assistance with failing memory

Shouldn't be complex using the packaged LED bar display module from
National as a relative voltage indicator. Probably everything but the
diode detector is on the LM3815 data sheet from National. Today one
could get fancier and use one of the Analog Devices wide band detector
chips. It was featured in QST sometime last year.
