[NLRS] Assistance with failing memory

Some time in the last year, I saw an article about using the LED bar
segment displays as a transmit power indicator. I think it was for 902. The
circuit tapped a little power off the transmitter to give a visual
indication of something actually going out. Not calibrated, but at least
something to reassure the operator that something good was happening.
I spent about 4 hours over this beautiful week end looking for the article
and cannot seem to find it.
Does any one else remember the article and tell me where to find it? Or was
this just one of my nocturnal hallucinations?
