[NLRS] Filter for 2m RFI?

Hi Guys

   I have a REAL problem from RFI that is digital in nature from a house south of me a 
ways. Not really interested in getting "involved" with them trying to resolve. It is about 
S-4 on 144.202 and raises the noise floor several db on 144.200.  The signal is 
throughout the 2m band about EVERY 200kc and can be heard on 222 also.

  Question will a filter like a F-194/U 142-163 MHz, TWIN CAVITY 
BANDPASS FILTER "solve the problem" for 2m. I can null the sig out with 
antenna position, but must work KM0T with the antenna off bearing considerable.
  What do you think??? I hear it on all the 2m receivers .... (3 different ones)
