[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - March Request

With April nearly on top of us its time to update our States Above
standings.   I know that there has been some AU as of late, so those 6m, 2m
and perhaps 222 totals may have seen a slight bump.

Please send me your updates by Friday AM, April 4th, and I send out an
updated standings sheet.

The objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to promote activity
in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus provinces, submit
your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just before Central
States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full rules & forms for
