[NLRS] 432 RADAR !!!!

Hi Bill,

Same thing here. Coming from due south. running 59+60. Unusual
sounding.....AWACS?  Often peaking up at 439 MHz as they it appears wanted
to stay away from athe ABM site radar at Cavalier ND which was running at
431 MHz vs usual 433
