[NLRS] Warm relay

Question: Should a Transco 28vdc SMA relay feel fairly warm to the touch =
after being energized for several minutes ?   I was somewhat surprised =
at its warmth.   At 24vdc, the relay appears to be drawing about 280mA, =
or about 7 watts.  Is this normal ?
