[NLRS] NLRS business meeting agenda

Here is a draft for the one hour annual business meeting that is =
schedule for Aurora'03.   Election for club officers is every two years =
so unless there is impeachment proceedings you guys are stuck with me =
for one more year.

The club officers are as follows:
   Pres =3D> W0ZQ
  Vice-Pres =3D> N0UK
  Treasurer =3D > N0HJZ

Old Business
* Treasurers report.   As of today, we have about $950 in our account.   =
The club owes Geoff $50 for winning the logo contest.=20
* 2002 CSVHF.  Brief update on costs and our hospitality suite.
* MidWinter Madness club table.   Did it work, is this something that we =
want to do more of ?
* Contest plaques.   Does NLRS want to fund any ARRL contest plaques.   =
If so, which one(s).
* NLRS reflector donation(s).   Our yearly discussion about a club =
donation.
* NLRS website (John & Lenny).  Discussion on our website.   John & =
Lenny, any thoughts here as to what we may want or need to discuss ?

New Business
* Club Logo.   How we should proceed into "production".   Bud, any =
thoughts ?   Can we narrow this down before our club meeting by making a =
decision as to where we want to go .... I know that you were discussion =
this some with John too.  =20
* Club brochure.   Open discussion.
* Presentation to other clubs.   Discussion on how to spread the VHF =
gospel.
* NLRS and assistance to silent keys.   Do we want to establish a =
(standing) committee to assist when asked to assist ?


Please provide me with any modifications or additions to this agenda.   =
As you can see, our agenda is getting full and my intent is to grease =
the skids on this stuff so that our business meeting will only last 45 =
minutes or so.   If there is an open discussion on any of these topics =
we can use the time between now and Au'03 to hash them out rather than =
during our business meeting.

This is our club meeting so lets make this agenda reflect who were are =
and what we want our club to be.
