[NLRS] 10GHz & Up Contest Announcement

For those with July QST's check out the 2003 ARRL 10 GHz and Up Contest 
Announcement on page 105.   Take a look at the fifth paragraph down regarding rule 
changes this year ...... it states that "The total transmitter output power 
for a high power entry in any category is either 1500 W PEP or the maximum 
allowable power level established by the national licensing authority of your 
country, whichever is lower".
