[NLRS] 222.061 beacon off for contest

I'm going to be running around today so I'm switching the 222.061 beacon off 
this morning ..... don't start tearing into your transverter because you don't 
hear the beacon.   I'll try to remember to turn it back on Sunday late or 
Monday AM.
