[NLRS] Hats & Patches

Breakfast Saturday is a problem.  The TwinsLAN tailgate (junk)swapfest
starts at 0700.  I _may_ make it to Breakfast (08:30), but only if its
raining.  I suspect that others will be in the same situation.
