[NLRS] Hats & Patches

Bud has informed me that 2-beam patches are done and that the supplier is 
finishing up on hats.   He is going to be looking at Friday for a pick-up, so 
Saturdays NLRS breakfast is still looking good for hat & patch deliveries.   If 
someone is not able to make breakfast, ask a friend who may be going to pick up 
your order, else, we will connect by other means.
