[NLRS] 10 GHz Rain Scatter Tuesday nite ?

The weather forecast has a cold front moving SE through eastern ND into MN
later this afternoon and tonight.    It appears that T-Storms will develop
well to the north and west of Mpls late this afternoon and perhaps move
through us around midnight.    This may represent a prime opportunity to
work some 10 GHz rain scatter with Mpls stations looking NW this evening.
VE4MA, perhaps this may be an opportunity to try to work in your direction
as it appears that any T-storm development should be mostly in-line with
Winnipeg and Mpls and the storms should propagate from you towards us.
I'll be watching the weather radar later this afternoon and evening.
