[NLRS] 10 GHz report

This afternoon I worked Bruce, W9FZ, from his apartment balcony to my 
driveway in east Bloomington.   The path is about 6 miles or so but what is notable 
is that the path is obstructed.   Trees trees everywhere.   I was able to 
elevate my dish to illuminate the top of my 60 foot pine tree and Bruce was S5 ... 
good enough for a nice sideband QSO.   Apparently the top of the pine tree and 
its needles make for a good scatter media ..... it was basically backscatter 
as the pine tree was straight south from my driveway but Bruce is roughly 
north east of me.
