[NLRS] States Above. One ends, another begins

The 2002-2003 running of the CSVHF States Above operating event has ended.
Tally all those new States & Provinces and update your final scores.   If
you want you can send me your updates and I will repost our NLRS standings
on July 11.   I know that some of you may want to keep your tally secret
until Central States so I will provide a final tally after July 27th when
the final scores are announced in Tulsa.

For consideration of plaques, please get your scores into Bruce, W9FZ, by
July 20, 2003.   Bruce will take submissions for certificates up until
August 31, 2003.  His mailing address is:

The objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to promote activity
in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus provinces, submit
your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just before Central
States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full rules & forms for
