[NLRS] NLRS Get Together - MN QSO Party

Hi All -

I got a few suggestions from people on where to gather during the Minnesota 
QSO Party.  Let's try this:

7.250 MHz at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
28.410 MHz at noon
After meeting on HF, the group can move to 2M and move around the bands from 
there.

It is important that we get as many NLRS folks on the air.  Even if you are 
not in Minnesota, we need you for mults (and you need us for mults!).
