Hi;

There was a discussion about building loop yagis this evening on 146.46
FM. As a result I offered a basic program that will assist in the
scaling of a couple of loop yagi designs. It takes into account boom
diameter, element thickness and width along with frequency. Several
people asked for a copy so I put up on my web site for download.

The program is loopyagi.bas. You will also need a basic interpreter. If
you don't have one, I put up one - gwbasic.exe which will run in a dos
window of Win98.

The url is - http://home.earthlink.net/~jlieberg00/data/

I didn't write this program but I did use it to design and build a 2304
loop yagi that I have used for several years so at least it worked great
for me.
Have fun and let's see some home-brew loop antennas at Aurora this year.
