[NLRS] Contest.

Hi Gang,

I won't be active much,   6 m , 2 m, 70 CM  from
EN44db.       The last few contests I have been disappointed
because I can hear Twin Cities stations just fine but you are talking
amount yourselves.   You are not going to hear weak stations
when strong stations are on the frequency.   Please do your chating
on some other frequency thatn the calling frequency, so you can hear
my and other puny signals.   I will try and move off of calling frequencies
once I am heard.   I would really like to hand out more points and I know
you will all want more points.   

Hopefully  I will on the air tomorrow afternoon.   But the work load 
has been terrible.   I have to work tomorrow morning and I
will leaving early so maybe I will get back at a reasonable hour.
