[NLRS] N0DQS/R contest possible changes

Hi all, I have been monitoring the weather forcasts for this area of Iowa
and they are predicting high winds for Saturday, 20 to 40 mph wind gusts so
do to this and the snow fall and possible high of onl around 20 degrees I
may post a slightly different schedule than posted before, if so I will post
it later tonite or early tomorrow morning.  The pediction of this wind seems
to be mostly western IA. and S Dakota and so far they are saying 20 mph
winds east of here.
