Hi Ross, we will be looking for ya in this weekends contest. As you may
guess, 144.200 can be somewhat of a zoo here in the cities. I seldom call
CQ on 144.200 but instead looking up or down 10 to 20 KHz to call CQ ....
for example 144.180 or 185, or 144.215, etc. I understand why you may need
to monitoring 144.200, but you may want to swish your VFO up & down a bit
every once in a while just to check.
