At the NLRS club breakfast this morning several of us reviewed some =
minor changes that Geoff made to his winning NLRS logo design. These =
changes were made at my request based upon feedback from multiple club =
members and involved the straightening of the elements on the yagi .... =
in addition, Geoff added a second straightened yagi under the first for =
stack yagis (3 dB more gain ! ). Bud, W0LCP, has a copy of the updated =
logo and will pass this on to John (W0JT) and Lenny (K0SHF) for updating =
the NLRS website at their conveyances. John & Lenny, when you can, can =
you update the main logo that appears on the website .... we can drop =
the club logo contest section too if it helps any.

We also discussed making some NLRS logo patches with a goal of having =
such patches available for sale at Aurora'03. You will be hearing more =
from Bud on this subject in the near future. (Bud, let Donn and I know =
what help you may need, etc., perhaps there are other NLRSers that can =
help us with this). I believe that the logo artwork will support QSL =
logos as well .... perhaps Geoff and Bud know more about this.

Again, congratulations to Geoff (KC0FXY) and his XYL. I think the NLRS =
has an awesome logo.

73, Jon
