[NLRS] NLRS Table at Midwinter Madness

Ok,  I have started contacting people to move this project forward.  I would
like to keep most of the traffic regarding this off the reflector so please
contact me directly on the requests.  I will provide updates to the
reflector so everyone is informed.

Does anyone have a black table cloth that we can drape on the table to class
up the look of the table?  The tables are 8 foot long so we need something
that will drape over the front and sides.

Do we have a Club Sign that we can put up behind the table?  Or does someone
have access to a larger plotter printer so that we can make a 5-7 foot wide
sign.  I will work the President to determine what it should look like.

If we really wanted to look professional,  it would be nice if someone had
access to one of those curved Skyline show displays but I will need to check
with MWM to see if we would have space behind the table for that.

I would like to have three people at the booth at all times to talk to
attendees.  I am planning on  two hour shifts starting at 7:00am so I will
need a total of nine people.  Three people per shift.  Shifts will be:

7:00-9:00
9:00-11:00
11:00-1:00
