HI all,
I have been reading all of the discution on activity. Mark does bring up
some very good points.
I think we do need to get more active on the bands.
I my self am gilty of not getting on enough but I have also gotten busyer
then i maybe use to.
Latly when i have been here in the shack i have been working on audio corses
for the handi hams.
I just did a 5 part serious on Six meters.
alsohave goteten busyer with my music.

Of corse contesting is actitivy for when ever you are on the air it is
activity.
In thinking about this subject i got on two last night and called Cq and ran
in to Dan w0jmp an old friend.
It was great to have a nice qso with him.;
I have been a ham for 20 years now and have injoyed it all.
I have been on bvhf and uhf ssb for about 17 years now and i do think that
there was more activity then when i first got on.
I think the best thing for all of us is when we have just a bit of time call
Cq on the bands espechial two and lets get things going.
I would also like to see more activity on 432 I know it can be hard some
times to find the time but if we all try a bit we can make things happen.
I also realise like myself that I have alot of bands 80 meters threw 70cm
ssb and you know you just can't operate them all at the same timme.
but lets see if we can get vhf going a bit more this winter.
also don't forget about the January contest coming up.
I know it will be alot of fun.

Some one also mension about the behavyer during contest's well I think for
the most part people are doing a good job of operating at least locally.
you must remember things happen and every one hears different and we have
people with different skill levels.
If we all try and help each other out however it will all work better.
that is it for me on this subject.
