Has anyone used this deivce? My power module M67715 gave up the ghost.

Nope, not me, however I noticed that this part is intented for class C 
operation ..... yea there are some words about how to make it linear by playing 
around with the bias.   I think (?) that the M67715 is linear.   For CW, it doesnt 
matter, but for weak signal SSB the distorion can make copy more difficult.
