[NLRS] 10GHz regional alert list

Good afternoon fellow 10GHz fools.

I have created a private email relector for real-time 10GHz alerts. For a
month or so a few of us that hang out on 146.46 have been kicking around
ideas for a means of rapidly making announcements about activity on 10GHz
in the area. The idea being that instead of sending an email to everyone
in the NLRS, we have a separate list which could include addresses of
pagers/cellphones/etc but of just those operators active on the 10GHz
band.

THe list has been in a local "test market" for the past few days and seems
to work quite well. Personally I have any mail sent to the list delivered
to my home email, work cellphone and work pager, and the messages are
delivered within just a few seconds!

Given that most cellphone and pagers have rather small message buffers, it
works best to keep any messages sent short.

I want to keep details of the list only within reach of those members of
the list, so, if you would like to be included, please send me an email
including any and all addresses that you wish to receive the alerts and
then I will provide you with the details on how to address the list.

Chris
