Had a real good time. Expected to do much better on
bearings with the Brunton Compass but biggest surprise
was on observed drift of rovers. We all need to figure
a way to keep units powered up all day. I observed one
unit drift 2.5 khz in five minutes after being shut off
for a 30 minute drive from St Anthony to Sun Ray.
Thanks for all the people willing to drive to new spots
to make new combinations.

I plan to be in Grand Marais this week end. I will try
to make some measurements of the WX transmitter in 
Houghton MI from spots near the water and on up the hill.
I know 162 MHZ is a long way from 10.368 GHz but I will
try to get something to add to the across the water
mystery. Thanks guys.
