[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - September Request

I hope everyone worked a bunch of new states and provinces during this
months running of the September VHF contest.  Although there was no tropo,
no E's, and no aurora, I suspect that everyone managed to pick up one or
two new states here and there.

Send me you updates by Monday, Sept 30th and I will update the following
tally sheet and repost it.  Remember that the objective of this CSVHF
Society sponsored event is to promote activity in the world above 50 MHz.
Work 30 or more states + provinces, submit your score to Bruce at the
conclusion of the event, and receive a nice looking certificate.  Full
rules and forms for this operating event can be found at www.csvhfs.org, or
just ask.

For those NLRS club members who have thought about jumping in, now is the
time !
