[NLRS] 10GHz Contest results

Quite pleased with my results this year, in spite of the less than stellar
results from Lake Superior.  Half of the planned stops along the North
Shore did not produce Qs out to Mt. Brockaway... and I don't know why.
Something to think about over the winter.  (If all sites had produced Qs,
I'd have added at least 4000 more Distance points.)

Sunday, I operated from the "Elk River" site N0NAS reported last week.
Great for working off the downtown Minneapolis buildings and/or points to
the SE.  KC0P, in Cannon Falls was S9 to S9+... much better than he was
when I worked him from Fletcher.

More and better next year !
