[NLRS] RE:N0DQS Rover

Just a follow up, I have magnetic signs on the side of the rover (
florescent orange) which says N0DQS Amateur Radio Emergency Communications.
I Get several questions everyplace I stop whether it would be for gas or to
operate and they are all positive. Even law enforcement will stop once in a
while just to ask what it all does. I will mention that I met while going
down the road several deputies, highway patrol etc and did not get a 2nd
look, in fact usually got a wave.So there are many more positive experiences
than negative. Usually I get asked where the storm is.
