[NLRS] downeast reflector

The downeast microwave users reflector is still available - perhaps a 
few of you have not kept up with the changes over the years.. all the 
info, archives, etc are available at:

Traffic has been down a bit lately but a few of us are still here.  
In theory it is a great place to get some info from other folks and 
even the experts that write the books and papers on VHF and up 
circuits.  Since Downeast does not support technical questions via 
email the reflector fills in a gap for us the users without bogging 
Steve and company down with some basic questions.  I encourage anyone 
with a transverter in the shack to subscribe to the list - just like 
our precious available spectrum if we do not use it - it may go away.
