[NLRS] 222 beacon heard

Hi All

  Continued 222Mhz progress. The 222 antenna is up and Gary W0GHZ was 
as strong as S3 running 10 or 20 watts. S5 with his amp on. I am able to 
"hear" the 222.061 beacon but QSB makes it difficult copy.

  Next TX pad and interface ....
