[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - October Results

Here are the current Northern Lights Radio Society "States Above"
standings.  As of October we have 14 NLRS members that have collectively
posted over 800 band-states on the Ultra-highs.

Remember that the objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to
promote activity in the world above 50 MHz.   Work 30 or more states +
provinces, submit your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event, and
receive a nice looking certificate.  Full rules and forms for this
operating event can be found at www.csvhfs.org, or just ask.
