[NLRS] Balloon launch

I had solid copy on the repeater downlink, but unfortunately, there was 
some sort of problem with the uplink sensitivity.  From the sound of it, 
the 440Mhz antenna may have become disconnected, as even the ground 
station under the balloon were having trouble getting into it.  It can 
be a violent world up there in the jetstream--I guess we'll wait for the 
report.  Ralph, W0RPK, would love to hear from anyone who copied
