[NLRS] Rover semantics....

    It is a pleasant surprise to see ham radio
and English grammar comming "full-circle" within
the NLRS.  My love for the aurora is only eclipsed by
the English language itself.  (in particular, Russian Prose)
    If I recall correctly, Webster's defines "rove" as
(the verb)"to roam".  I do not recall the Latin Genus,
perhaps of the root "Roven"??  (from memory, sorry)
    Not to "Blow my own horn", yet having roved from over
160??++ some grids since September of 1997, is the correct
English form that critical?
