Hi Mike,
Most people leave Sunday.  You really DO NOT want to leave Saturday night.
The banquet is a fun time, and usually not over before 9:30 or 10:00 (when
all the door prizes are gone).  Its then a 6 hour drive back to Mpls !

SMIRK is 6 meter something...something... don't know what the acronym
actually stands for.  Traditionally, the meeting is Sunday morning
(breakfast), but as you know, the option is for a Thursday (?) meeting
instead.
