[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - July Request

July 1 is the start of a brand new States Above event.   The objective of
this year long operating event is to promote activity on the bands above 50
MHz.  New for this year, in addition to States, the event has added
Canadian Provinces to the tally sheets, so make sure you keep track of your
VE's as well !   Full rules can be found at the Central States website at
http://www.csvhfs.org/ .

For those NLRS members who wish to participate, please send me you new
States Above standings for this years event by Thursday, Aug 8, and I will
post the updates on Friday, August 9.  Remember that everyone starts at
zero again, even you Mike.
