[NLRS] 10 GHz KM0T

Congrads one & all on the 10 Ghz contacts !   8 Khz seems like a fair amount
of drift.   It will be interesting to see how often this path from Mikes to
Flying Cloud Airport is there on 10 GHz ...... is it there all the time ??
