Today 07/20/02 Had a schedule with KM0T EN13vc @ 7:30 AM local
Gary WB0LJC And I went out to Flying Cloud Airport EN34gt
We arrived a little early around 7:00 AM
We got are compass headings. Around 7:15 
We were warming things up. Gary turned his system on and started tuning
I thought it may have been a birdie, It was Mike testing output
Gary called but nothing heard
At 7:30 I put on the beacon for the first 2 Minutes stopped sending Output @ 
1.8 Watts
BANG S-9 SSB Worked him no problem
Mike was drifting up so I just followed with RIT 
Gary then worked him, During his Qso 
I started to play with the dish for scatter & bounce paths Nothing!
I found that 1 degree I would lose him all together
We drifted 8 Kc from were we first made contact

Would like to try The Vasa site sometime after Central States
