[NLRS] Call Change Annoucement

Several weeks ago I finally got around to taking my Extra class test and =
passed it.  I was not going to change my call because everything I =
really wanted was taken (things like: it, ghz, vhf, uhf, shf, my =
initials) but looking around I saw that K0VYB was open. That was a =
possibility.  Looking harder I came across N0HZ.  I thought about it a =
bit and thought "This is perfect. Donn, Lenny, and Bob are continuously =
accusing me of never being on the air".  So now I have an identity =
showing that I have "no hertz" and it sounds good on cw too.

What does this have to do with propagation and other nlrs stuff?  =
Nothing, but posting it here means that Donn will not have to be =
subjected to me telling the same story over and over again at CSVHF.  =
:-)
