Congratulations, once again, to you all.  It is very good to hear the 
progress being made on the centimetre bands.

Perhaps it's time to start following the trend what most other groups on 
the East and West coast and in Europe have done and start using 
narrow-band modes on 144MHz for any needed talk back.  FM radios are fine 
for the <50 mile line-of-sight contacts, but we all know how much easier 
it is to work out to 2 to 3 hundred miles on SSB/CW.  Even then, medium 
power (~100W) may be necessary.
