[NLRS] 10Ghz Operation site

Those of you who have been to my QTH, up on the hill in St. Boni, 
know about the panoramic view, including a real good look down toward 
KM0Ts QTH. Anyone wishing to operate 10Ghz from there is welcome. You 
can even use the tower as a temporary mount for an even greater 
horizon. If I'm home, you are welcome any time and if I'm not, like 
work days, just give me some notice so the neighbors don't call the 
Police on you.
