[NLRS] Contest at K0PG/9 & K9ILT

We will be operating Limited MultiOp (very) this weekend under K9ILT.  It's a 
little less taxing on the locals rotators when they hear the "zero" calling 
them.  Pat won a getaway weekend to downtown Chicago with dinner and a play 
at work..and da Bears are in the playoffs.  So, we'll have about an hour at 
the opening, and Sunday evening to operate. ABCD, barefoot, balcony antennas 
(but they're higher).  Hope to see as many as possible! Look for us up 20 on
