Hi Steve.   Regarding your second question about who decides as to what
club gets an individuals score, of course its always the individual that
decides.   If you are a member of the NLRS and the "La Crosse VHF Society"
and you wish to contribute your contest score to your local club, by all
means do that ..... its A-OK.   Of course, should you decide to submit it
as a NLRS club score, we would be delighted.   Bottomline is that its your
choice.

There has been some discussion in the contesting community about allowing a
station to split their contest score is some way between two clubs that are
in different categories (local vs medium vs unlimited), but I think this is
still a point of discussion at this time.
