[NLRS] WBFM during cumulative.

Hi All.

I would rather do WBFM on Saturday since I will be running
around the usual sites during the afternoon.

What day can we get the most WBFM ops at Mounds Park?
It  seems that Bob and Mike would like Sunday. Jon can't be there
Saturday, but can you be there Sunday?

If there will be more people to operate, I will modify my plans
to make Sunday the WBFM day. If we do the WBFM on Sunday
I suggest we start about noon. That will leave time in the morning
for some narrow band operation.

What are your thoughts?
