[NLRS] 10GHz site list

Hi all, sorry about no responces in a bit, been really busy here with family
and work.

As far as my location, Donn listed a Lat / Long for me and said that the
numbers did not line up for EN13vc.

The callbook has me listed a EN13vb, but my GPS says EN13vc.  I will check
it tonight and give the exact Lat / Longitude here on the reflector.

As far as 10 Ghz goes for the weekend, it looks like I will be available,
not knowing what times yet.  Should know in a day or so.

As far as rules go...can one use the telephone to coordinate (not that I
want too, but) - I did not see anything to the contrary?
