[NLRS] 10GHz site list

Judging by the quick response, there was a lot of interest in making a web
page list of 10 GHz sites. I've started making a simple web page of the
various locations. John KB0ZEV was quite correct in saying that this really
needs to be done in a database format with a script for calculating all the
bearings. Doing it all by hand will be too much work. But I'll get the list
together, maybe add a link to MapQuest or MapBlast for a map, and we'll see
who comes up with the fancy script driven database design first. And it
would be real handy to have it running on a Palm Pilot too.......
