[NLRS] NLRS Logo Contest

Reminder to all NLRS members:

The contest for a club logo is underway.  So far, I have seen no
submissions, but rumor has it that there are some being prepared.

I have a web page set up where folks can follow the progress of the
contest.  (Don't worry, the "submission" you see there is just for
fun, and so I could test the web page html code for when the real
submissions start showing up.)
