Thanks to Gary, W0GHZ for the Saturday evening weather reports.
Gene, N0DQS told me he had some scary moments Saturday evening, I am
glad I didn't go. Weather Conditions were great on Sunday Morning.
When I got under way at 6:40a it was quite foggy but it burned off
quickly.
Signals were great from all stations. Worked W9JN in EN54 from EN24
+ EN25 and K0AWU in EN37 from EN35. Pretty good for me.
This was my first serious effort for the UHF contest and I had a great
time.
I am going to continue working on the 1296 setup. I will have it
ready in the next couple of weeks and I will be ready for September.
Thanks and Your Welcome to all the stations.
73, Jon
