[NLRS] Results of NLRS vote for additional funding of QTH.NET.

According to Rich (N0HJZ), we have 69 NLRS members in good standing.   =
1/3 of this is a quorum, or 23.   Of this 23, we need a simple majority =
to accept or fail the proposal for addition funding for QTH.NET.   As of =
this evening I have received 24 votes in favor and one vote opposed, for =
a total of 25 votes.   The motion carries.   I will make sure to cover =
this as a part of our business meeting during Aurora'03.

Rich, please cut a check for QTH.NET for the amount of $100 and make =
sure that NLRS is indicated on the check.
