I assume that /mm means Maritime Mobile, because DL34ja is not on land.
It is in the Pacific Ocean, west of Mexico (approximately 100 miles
miles west of the Baja Peninsula).
Which makes the designation "continental" rather curious, don't you
think?
By the way, DM04eg also appears to be in water, but only a couple of
miles south of Santa Barbara, CA, and north of Santa Cruz Island.
