[NLRS] Aurora '02 and Weather

Ahhh, nuts!

I just saw the 5 day forecast from the 6PM news.  Three, four-letter words
were in it for Saturday morning: cold, rain, and snow.

Now, given that its a 5 day forecast, and the over-all "correctness" of WX
forecasts we may be OK.  However, everybody needs to remember that the
morning's activities ARE weather dependent.

Things'll still start at 0900, and we'll do what what we can with the
conditions.
